The Coffee Meet – for CPAs and Attorneys

The trusted business partners of your clients are key influencers in their retirement program decisions. To help your clients’ CPAs and attorneys stay on top of all the recent tax law changes that affect retirement plans, The Benefit Practice has created The Coffee Meet.

The Coffee Meet is a one-hour meeting that brings together the financial planner with the client’s accountants or lawyers. The main purpose of the meeting is to discuss recent changes in pension law and the new designs they need to be aware of for their clients. For maximum practicality, the meetings take place at the accountant’s or lawyer’s firm so that participants can return to work immediately.

These meetings are excellent opportunities to meet annual Continuing Professional Education/Continuing Legal Education (CPE/CLE) requirements. They are also a great opportunity for financial advisors to showcase additional investment ideas for retirement programs.
